You need
PSP
Tube or use one of your own
1. Open you tube and with your Eye Dropper Tool choose a color from your tube (resize tube if desired)
2. Open a new image 1024 x height of your tube + (plus) 20px.
3. Flood fill the new image with your chosen color
4. Effects - Texture Effects - Binds
Use these settings:
Width=5. Opacity=20. Horizontal=UNCHECKED. Light from left/top=CHECKED. Color=(Select a different color than your background color from your tube).
5. Repeat step 4, but this time Horizontal=CHECKED. And select another different color.
6. Effects- Image Effects- Seamless Tiling
Use these settings:
Tiling Method= Corner. Direction= Horizontal. Settings, Horizontal Offset= 0 (%). Transition= 100 (%)
7. Go to your tube and Copy
8. Go back to your background image and right-click Paste As New Layer
9. Select your Move Tool and move your tube to the far left of your background image
10. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow
Use these settings:
V=1. H=0. Opacity= 50. Blur= 30.00
11. Select your Text Tool and place your mark
12. Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten)
