Snowing



You Need:

Graphic or one of your own
Masks


1. Open all the masks in PSP

2. Open the graphic resie to 300px and duplicate twice

3. Activate one of the images and go to
Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic (Antique)
And click on the little arrow at the top of the box; Reset to Default

4. Activate the dmsk0012 mask

5. Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image
Locate the mask and UNCHECK 'Invert mask data'

6. Activate the other image and resize to 250px

7. Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image
Locate the sc-edge108 mask UNCHECK 'Invert mask data'

8. Layers - Delete - Yes

9. Layers - Merge - Merge Group

10. Right click on the image - Copy

11. Go back to the other image right click - Paste as New Layer

12. Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

13. Open a new image 1024 X height of your image

14. With your Dropper Tool chose a color from your image

15. Select the Flood Fill Tool and flood fill the new image

16. Go back to the last image and copy

17. Paste As New Layer on your new image

18. With your Move Tool move the image to the far left of image

19. Layers - New Raster Layer

20. Flood fill the new layer with WHITE

21. On the Layer Palette change your Blend Mode to Dissolve

22. Change the Opacity to 20 or what ever you desire

23. Hide your Raster 2 which is your graphic layer

24. Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

25. Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling
Corner - Vertical - 0 - 100

26. Un-hide your graphic layer

27. Select your Text Tool and place your mark

28. Layers - Merge - Merege All (Flatten)
