Star Light Background


You Need:

Tube or your own.
VM Natural Filter
PSP

Open your tube in PSP duplicate and close the original.

1. Open a new transparent image
1024 wide and height of your tube

2. Choose a color from your tube and flood fill your new image

3. Go to Effects - Plugins - VM Natural - Stardust
and use these settings:



4. Right click on your tube and click on Copy and paste it as a New Layer in your background image.

5. Go to Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow
and use these settings:

V+H= 5
Opacity= 100
Blur= 5
Color= Black

6. Use your Move Tool and move your tube to the far left of the background image.

7. Go to Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten)

8. Go to Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling
and use these settings:



9. Add a new layer and add your mark

10. Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten)

Save as .JPG
And your done!!!

And you can go to LC and make your letter. Good Luck!
