You need:
Kiwi's Plugin
VM Natural Filter
Masks
Graphic of your own

1. Open a new image 1024 X 350

2. Select All

3. Open your graphic and Copy

4. Go back to your background image, right-click Pate - Into Selection

5. Effects - Plugins - VM Natural - Splash
130, 130, 75, 15, 25

6. Effects - Plugins - Kiwi's oplfilter - Guk mal
155, 0, 128, 128

7. Open your mask. Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image
Choose the Serenade mask, Invert mask data UNCHECKED

8. Layers - Delete - Yes

9. Go back to your mask image. Image - Flip

10. Repeat steps 7 & 8

11. Layers - Merge - Merge Group (do this twice)

Now your graphic should look like a pair of glasses!

12. Open the 20-20 mask

13. Go to your graphic image

14. Repeat step 7 (but this time choose the 20-20 mask)

15. Copy your graphic and Paste as New Layer in your background image

16. Select your Move Tool and move your graphic to the right side, over the "right glass"

17. Layers - Duplicate

18. Image - Mirror

19. Move your graphic so it's over the "left glass" (like in my image above)

20. Select your Text Tool and add your text if desired

21. Layers - Merge - Merge All (flatten)

And there you have it!
