You Need:
Template here
Tube, or use your own
Kiwi's Plugin


1. Open your template image, duplicate and close the original

2. Select your Magic Wand tool and in your layer palette click on layer 2.

3. Add a new layer and flood fill it with a gradient that matches your tube

4. Fffects - Texture Effects - Tiles and use the setting below:


5. Effects - Plugins - Kiwi's Oelfilter - 3,5 Promile
129, 200, 0, 180, 130

6. Selections - Select none

7. Layers - Merge - Merge Down

8. On your layers palette, lower your opacity to 85 (or what ever you desire)

9. Select your Magic Wand tool again and click on layer 3

10. Add new layer and flood fill it with the same gradient you just used and repeat step 4.

11. Effects - Plugins - Kiwi's Oelfilter - 3,5 Promile
130, 180, 0, 100, 130

12. Selections - Select none

12. Layers - Merge - Merge Down

13. Select your Magic Wand tool and click on layer 4 in your layer palette

14. Add a new layer

15. Now before you flood fill using the same gradient open your gradient screen and click on invert

16. Effects - Texture Effects - Soft Plastic, use these settings:


17. Selections - Select None

18. Layers - Merge - Merge Down

19. Select your Magic Wand tool and click on layer 5 in your layer palette

20. Click inside all 3 of the squares on the right side (make sure you wand settings are set to add shift, this way you don't have to hold down your shift key while selecting)

21. Add a new layer

22. Flood Fill with the gradient you used above

23. Repeat step 16. DON'T DESELECT

24. Layers - Merge - Merge Down

25. Now open your tube and copy it and paste it as a new layer on your template, resize and position it over the 3 selected squares

26. When happy with its placement - click back on layer 5 (the layer with the 3 boxes)

27. Selections - Invert

28. Click back on the tube layer - and hit the delete key

29. Now in the layer palette change this blend mode to Darken (or any other mode you like)

30- Selections - Select None

31. Copy and paste your tube again, resize it and this time position it in the big square

32. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow, use these settings:


33. Now click on your text tool and write out your text in the color and font of your choice, be sure to create it as vector

34. Image - Rotate - Free Rotate, use these settings:


35. Stretch your text into the small rectangle, then in your layer palette convert to raster layer (right click Convert to Raster Layer)

36. On your layers palettes, change the Blend Mode to Screen (optional)

37. On your layers palette, select Layer 1 (raster 1; last layer on the bottom)

38. Select your Magic Wand and click on the outside border of the template

39. Flood Fill with your gradient

40. Repeat step 16

41. Selections - Select None

42. Layers - Merge - Merge All (flatten)


And your done!
