Tripple Bubble Name

1. Open a New Image - 200 X 100 PX.

2. Select your Flood Fill Tool and fill the image with WHITE

3. Select your Picture Tube Tool and find the "Bubbles" tube

4. Layer - New Raster Layer

5. With your Bubbles tube start clicking all over image, but too much

6. On your Layers Palettes, change your Opacity to 50% or as you desire

7. Select your Eye Dropper tool, and find a dark color on your image and click on it for your text color

8. Select your Text Tool - Size 28, Stroke width 1.0 - Apply (Have your foreground color BLACK)

9. Objects - Align - Center in Canvas

10. On your Layers Palettes lower your Opacity to 50%

11. Add a new Layer

12. Repeat step 8, but change the size to 25

13. Repeat steps 9 and 10, but this time lower your Opacity t 70%

14. Add a new Layer

15. Repeat stpe 8 and change the size to 22

16. Repeat steps 9 and 10, but this time keep your Opacity to 100%

17. Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten)

18. Image - Add Borders - Size 1 - Choose a dark color from your image

19. Image - Add Borders - Size 5 - Color WHITE

20. Select your Magic Wand and select your white border

21. Select your Picture Tube Tool and start clicking around the border (With your Bubbles tube)

22. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel - Use these settings:

23. Selections - Select None

TIP: You can change the color of the tag by going to:
Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize
