Candy Corn

You Need:

Nothing; everything you need is in PSP!

1. Open a new image 460 X 80 (or whatever size you desire)

2. Flood Fill the background with Black

3. Layers - Duplicate

4. Select your Picture Tube tool and choose the Candy Corn tube
Scale 50, Step 250

5. Start clicking all over your image, but don't completely fill all the black spots, but enough candy corn should be shown (see image above for example)

6. On your Layers Palettes, lower your Opacity to 50 (or whatever you desire)

7. Select your Text Tool and apply your text

8. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow
V + H 3, Opacity 50, Blur 10, Color WHITE

9. Repeat step 8, but change the V & H to (minus) -3

10. Layers - Merge - Mereg All (Flatten)

11. Image - Add Border (optional)
Size 1, Color (choose a color from your image)

12. Image - Add Border
Size 5, Color (choose a different color for this border)

13. Select your Magic Wand and select your outer border

14. Choose your Picture Tube Tool again and completely fill the outer border of the image

15. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel (optional)

16. Selections - Select None

17. Repeat step 12

And there ya go!
