Plastic Noise Background




You Need:

PSP
Tube or use one of your own


1. Open a new image 250 X 250 (or a size of your desire)

2. Open your tube and with your Eyedropper choose a color and flood fill your background image

3. Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise. And use these settings:

Random. 50%. UNCHECKED.

4. Effects - Texture Effects- Soft Plastic..



5. Go back to your tube and resize if needed

6. Copy your tube and paste it as a new layer on your background image

7. Use your Move Tool and move your tube if needed

8. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow. With these settings:

V+H= 5. Opacity= 50. Blur= 5.

9. Repeat the Drop Shadow, but change the V+H to -(minus)5

10. If you want to add text, add it now

11. Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten)

12. Image - Add Borders...
Border Size= 10

13. Use your Magic Wand and select your border

14. Flood Fill it with the same color you flood filled your background

15. Repeat steps 3 & 4

DON'T DESELECT

16. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel
Use these settings or change them to get your desired effect



17. Selections - Select None

18. Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen (optional)


And your done!
Aint that cool?


NOTE: You can also create IM Letters with these tags, simply open a new image 1024 X height of your image.
Do the same thing for the background as you did for your tag.
Copy your tage and paste it as a new layer.
Use your Move Tool and move your tag to your desired position.
Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).
