Cool Tag

You Need:

Graphic or use one of your own
Mask
PSP

This tut is devided into two parts. Because there is two different ways you can do this tut.

Part One
1. Open your graphic, duplicate and close the original

2. Open the OddShapeMaskms mask

3. Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image
Chose the mask and Invert Mask Data CHECKED

4. Layers - Delete - Yes

5. Layers - Merge - Merge Group

6. Select your Text Tool and place your mark or name, or what ever you desire

Part Two-A
If you want your tag to be GIF with a transparent background, do as bellow:

1. After you have put your text on the image go to Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

2. File - Export - GIF Optimizer. And do as below or change them to your desire
Transparency - Existing image or layer transparency.
Partial Transparency - Use full transparency for pexels below= 40. Yes, blend with the background color= white.
Colors - How many colors do you want?= 256. What method of color selection do you want to use?= Optimized Octree.

Part Two-B
If you want your tag to have a background color, do as bellow:

1. After you have put your text go to Layers - New Raster Layer

2. On your Layers Palette right click on your new layer, Arrange - Send to Bottom

3. Chose a color from your image

4. Select your Flood Fill tool and flood fill your image

5. Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flaten)
