
Noise Mosaic Background Tag
You Need:
PSP
Tube or use one of your own
1. Open a new image 250 X 250 (or what ever size you desire)
2. Open your tube and with your Eye Dropper choose a color and flood fill it on your new image
3. Go to Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise. And use these settings:
Random. 50%. Monochrome UNCHECKED
4. Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic-Antique. And use these settings:
Or change them to get your desired effect.

5. Resize your tube to 250 or what ever size is your background image
6. Copy your tube and Paste it As a New Layer in your background image
7. Use your Move Tool and move your tube if needed
8. Select your Text Tool and add text if you desire
9. Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten)
10. Image - Add Borders
Border Size= 10. And a color that is NOT in your image or a color that is not arround the edges of your image
11. Use your Magic Wand and select your border
12. Choose a darker or lighter color than your background color you used before and flood fill the border
13. Repeat steps 3 & 4
14. Selections - Select All
15. Selections - Modify - Contract by 5
16. Selections - Invert
17. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel. Use these settings:

NOTE: Steps 14-17 are optional if you don't want the bevel effect on the edge of your tag.
And your done!
Simple and easy with a great lookin effect!
NOTE: You can also create IM Letters with these tags, simply open a new image 1024 X height of your image.
Do the same thing for the background as you did for your tag.
Copy your tage and paste it as a new layer.
Use your Move Tool and move your tag to your desired position.
Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).
