Sparkling Tag
You Need
PSP
Animation Shop
Tube or use one of your own, or image
Sparkle Images
Right-click and save
1. Open your tube or image and resize if necessary
2. Duplicate that layer 2 times
3. Add a new layer (if your using a tube and you want a colored Background)
4. Choose a color from your tube and flood fill
5. On your Layers Palletes right click on your background layer
Arrange - Send to Bottom
6. Open all 3 sparkle images in PSP
7. On your Colors Materials Palletes choose Pattern
8. And look for spark1 and click
9. With your Brush Tool, brush on the sparkle where you want it to be on the image
10. Once your done close that layer and choose the next layer (Copy of Raster 1)
11. In your Patterns choose spark2
12. Repeat step 9
13. Choose spark 3 and repeat step 9 on layer Raster 1
14. If you want to add any text you need to add it now
15. Close layers Raster 1 and Copy of Raster 1
16. Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten)
17. Image - Add Border. And use what ever settings you desire. (optional)
18. Copy your image
19. Open Animation Shop and Paste your image
20. Right click on your image
Insert Frames - Empty - OK
21. Go back to PSP and click on undo how ever many times you need untill you get to the point before you Merged
22. Close the layer of sparkle you have open and the next layer
23. Repeat step 16 and Copy
24. Go to AS and right click on the empty frame and Paste Into Selected Frame
25. Repeat steps 20-23
26. Click on View Animation and watch your image SPARKLE!!!
And your done!!!

NOTES:
*When ever you close a layer and open another make sure you ACTIVATE the opened layer before brushing on the sparkles.
TIPS:
*When your done putting on your sparkles you can add a Drop Shadow to your image (if ur using a tube).
*If your using a tube and you added a new layer for the background, you might want to lower the Opacity (I lowered mine to 90).
*You can change the color of the sparkles to match your image or tube colors. Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize.
