ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Designs by Joey welcomes you. Designs by Joey provides its service to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time at: http://www.designsbyj.info/terms.html/ . In addition, when using particular Designs by Joey owned or operated services, you and Designs by Joey shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS.
NO RESALE OF SERVICE & COPYRIGHT INFOROMATION
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit Designs by Joey content (tutorials, tags, letters and web sets) for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Designs by Joey designs (including your Designs by Joey ID), use of the Designs by Joey designs, or access to the Designs by Joey designs.
You also agree not to steel, duplicate, copy or claim any of our tutorials, tags, letters or web sets on Designs by Joey as your own. You also cannot re-create, re-design, re-do any of our tutorials on the Designs by Joey website without the written permission of the owner of the site.
Copyright information also includes to any "purchase ware". If you have purchased any of Designs by Joey's Graphics, Tags, Letters or Web Sets you CANNOT remove our "Page Designed by Designs by Joey" and/or copy right information.
PURCHASING CONTENT
All payments from Designs by Joey are made through PayPal; fast and secure.
If in any case you purchase any content from Designs by Joey (Web sets, banners
or tags), if the Designs by Joey copyright information in on the content, it
MUST stay and CANNOT be removed. It is illegal to remove copyright information
that you do no own. If the Designs by Joey copyright information is removed, you
will be contact by us and by lawyers.
When purchasing a Web Set or Banner from Designs by Joey, we will allow you to
change the customization of the web set or banner for a limit of 4 times only.
If after that you wish to make any additional changes, a fee of $1.50 billed to
you.
PERMISSION FOR CONTENT
Designs by Joey might give permission to use any of Designs by Joey content, including tutorials on IncrediMail Letters and Tags if you agree to the terms. To get permission you must email us or fill out or Permission Form , which you can find
here. Permission for using Designs by Joey content will be based on your impression in the email, use of the content, and your website.
IF permission is giving to use any of Designs by Joey content, you CANNOT copy, re-write, duplicate, steel, re-create or re-design the content (tutorial) on Designs by Joey. You MUST and only can have a link back to the page of the content (tutorial),
you CANNOT copy the page(s).
STOLEN CONTENT
Any content that belongs to Designs by Joey found on other sites without permission from Designs by Joey will immediately be notified of the stolen content and will have 48 hours to remove the content. If the content is not removed legal matters will get involved and the site owner will hear from Design by Joey's Lawyers.
TURNING IN A "ROBBER"
If you have found or seen any of Designs by Joey's content (tutorials) on other sites or groups and wish to help us catch the taker/robber. Please email us with the following information:
* Site's Name
* Site's URL
* URL (Link) of which our content/tutorial is found on
