You Need
PSP
1. Open a new image 1000 X 1000
2. Flood fill your image with your chosen color
3. Add a new layer
4. Select your Preset Shap Tool
use these settings:
5. Make a Rectangle from 18 x 191 - 1008 x 998
6. Again with your Preset Shape Tool change your shape to Ellipse
7. Make an ovaly shape from 18 x 21 - 1008 x 333
8. Select your Paint Brush Tool
with these settings:
9. Now with the same color as your Background on your image (or the color that is in the shape) paint over the two middle lines
10. Once you cleaned up here and there, make sure your Layer 2 is activated
11. Flodd fill the inside of the shape with a different color (or leave it as it is)
12. If you flood filled it with a different color you might want to touch up
13. Open a new image 500 X 100
14. Flood fill with your foreground color (not the same color as your background in your other image)
15. Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds
Width= 20. Opacity= 20. Color= Black. Horizontal & Light from left/top both CHECKED
16. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel
17. Copy your new image and Paste as New Layer in your other image
18. Use your Move Tool and move your new image to the top center
19. Go back to your border image
Image - Resize - Width= 150. Height= 30
20. Image - Rotate - Rotate Clockwise 90
21. Copy & Paste as New Layer in your other image
22. Use your Move Tool and place it at 61 x 341
23. Layers - Duplicate
24. Image - Mirror
25. Paste the image again and place it at 61 x 601
26. Repeat step 23
27. One last time paste it as a new layer and place it at 61 x 871
28. Repeat step 23
29. Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten)
30. Select your Text Tool and type in something
31. Use your Move Tool to move the text in the center of the top border
32. Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten)
Phew! Your done.
