You Need

Graphic and Mask here

1. Open the tube and mask in PSP

2. With your Eye Dropper Tool chose a color from your tube

3. Create a new layer and hide your tube layer

4. Flood Fill the new layer with you chosen color

5. Layers - Arrange - Send to Bottom

6. Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image
Locate the mask and UNCHECK 'Invert mask Data'

7. Layers - Delete - Yes

8. Layers - Merge - Merge Group

9. Un-hide your tube layerand lower the Opacity to 80 or what ever you desire

10. With your Text Tool place your mark

11. Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten)

And your done!
